Dear network members,

Our first Thematic Working Group (TWG) meeting of 2026 on Tuesday, January 21st at 11:00 CET focuses on formalizing our 2026 work plan based on the Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) discussions:

  • 11:00 – 11:05 (5 min): Welcome and brief introductions.
  • 11:05 – 11:15 (10 min): Review of the four proposed activities from the KOM (Defining CAPs, Mapping the CAP Landscape, MEL, and AI Impact).
  • 11:15 – 11:50 (35 min): Defining the 2026 Work Plan: Agreeing on specific shareable knowledge outputs, identifying and assigning activity champions, and setting initial timelines for completion.
  • 11:50 – 12:00 (10 min): AOB and next steps (e.g., agreeing on future meeting frequency).
