Summary

weADAPT is a collaborative platform for knowledge exchange on climate change adaptation. It allows practitioners, researchers, students, planners and decision-makers at all levels to discover high-quality information, share their work, and connect with one another. By reducing knowledge fragmentation, it aims to enhance awareness and access to adaptation resources. The platform includes a comprehensive repository of adaptation-related content contributed by the community, an interactive map showcasing climate adaptation case studies, and training modules on key adaptation topics.

Host organisation: weADAPT has been developed and is maintained by the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI).
