I am Paola Mercogliano, and my primary work at CMCC Foundation is to lead the Regiona Model and geo-hydrological Impact Research Division but also to manage the climate service Dataclime. I work on the development of models and tools providing high resolution climate data (histroical and scenarios) but also I support provate and publich stakeholders on the definition of adaptation strategies. As the current coordinator of the European Project AGORA, I actively advance the Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. Through leveraging best practices, innovative approaches, and effective governance mechanisms, I work towards engaging communities and regions in climate action, accelerating adaptation processes, and building a resilient Europe.
